This 6.72 ha (~16 acres) Lot is steeply sloping and mostly regenerating native bush and forest.  The uppermost end of the covenanted forest area includes the crown of the hill, with a large cleared area featuring panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes and the Hauraki Gulf.
