Lot Two is 7.07 ha (~17.5 acres) located within the centre of the subdivision, primarily encompassing regenerating native bush with a slight dog leg shape.
The large cleared building platform (approximately 2000 sqm) is accessed from the shared driveway. Additional native planting to the rear, south-eastern side of the building platform creates additional privacy and screening from the shared road and nearest neighbour (Lot Three). The building platform has a gentle contour, a north-western aspect and expansive elevated valley views and all day sun. There is also the potential to build in the higher reaches of Lot Two.
